Why is Planet Earth Flat

Why is Planet Earth Flat [this is not a typo].

Don’t get me wrong. Of course, our planet earth is NOT flat. And through and through, till to date, we all agree that life is a cycle, life is round, life is full circle.

Down the streets, ask a commoner and get him to agree that life is a cycle. Hell no! He’ll disavow all your arguments that life is a cycle. Why? Because his life hasn’t been different from a decade ago. Because his life has even seemingly worsened. Because his life doesn’t see a glimmer of hope farther the long, dark, winded tunnel.

As life is a cycle, expectedly, there should always be a START and END, i.e. even for someone going through the toughest trials in life, at some time, that should come to an end before the poor man resets, reboots and restarts. But dude, billions of the earth population are struggling to barely survive. And they have been grinding and squeezing themselves high and dry not just throughout their lifetime. Sunset is looming, their children by then had their respective families and even their grandchildren are settling down to have their own families. Yet yet yet, the vicious cycle of life still looms across these families. Poverty is as bad as it was during their childhood. Or, their poverty levels would have worsened especially during this long-drawn global pandemic.

Turn your attention over to the billionaires club. The Jeff Bezos. Bill Gates. Jack Mas. Warren Buffets. Have their cycle of monies and monies ended by now? Nyet. Never. On the contrary, it has moved by leaps and bounds through the years and decades. As the old cliché goes, the rich only became super richer and the poor just becoming extremely poor.

Two key things have hit the world’s poor hard enough. Debt and Taxes. And unless the selfish banking and financial institutions take a humane approach to restrain their galloping interest incomes derived from the untold debts of the poor, the poor will just end up poorer. To add salt to injury, taxes taxes taxes are the final death knell to the deprived population. Like it or not, governments earn more indirect taxes from the innocent population, unaware that every grocery item they need for their basic needs is always taxed, sometimes beyond conscience.

Et tu Brutus?
