We all fall. We all fail. We all flop. But how often have you been BOUNCING BACK? Or have you just given up with regard your chances of BOUNCING BACK? Or is BOUNCING BACK not part of your own recovery plan ? Or is BOUNCING BACK something you just DON'T believe in ?
Collapse. Defeat. Downfall. Decline. Failure Setback.
We all went through that gauntlet many many times over and over again because such is life. But what matters most is how quick and swift can we bounce back from that lowest ebb in our life. Hmmmm, it's easier said than done, though but during these hard and trying times, let's share with you the basic fundamentals of BOUNCING BACK.
COME to GRIPS You have to face head-on the situation you are in. Get into that realization. Unless and until you acknowledge that, that you are in that dilemma, you can never take the first correct step forward. Heard about being in 'denial' ? You have to overcome that hump.
PLOT YOUR WAY BACK Come up to your senses. Assess the cards you have at hand [sometimes you would hear someone say that he has no cards ? that's UNTRUE. At any given time in our life, we will never run out of cards [even if that solitary card means maintaining the 'status quo'.
BOUNCING BACK Oh oh oh, this is the steep mountain you need to climb back but hey, better be thankful you got a mountain to climb back ! And what does it take to bounce back ? You need that sure-fire adrenaline shot before you gather that energy and inertia for that strongest ever BOUNCE-BACK you need to reach for. What are your odds of achieving that BOUNCE BACK ?
C'mon, you got to believe in yourself. Have faith in yourself and never be fateful and resigned because you will end up losing by default. You don't deserve that, do you ?
