Cooler, Closer and Cleaner. Which one is YOU ?
Knock-knock who's there ? COOLER, CLOSER or CLEANER ?
Taking a leaf from the book of Tim Grover, one of NBA's highest-rated and most popular trainer, right now as we speak, you can be either one of them BUT that doesn't stop you from changing your goal-post for you to scale-up !
COOLERs ? They are akin to folks whose mantra in life is simply to coast along, to ride along, to go with the flow and to put it bluntly, to simply SURVIVE. Even before robotics was introduced, they are the original robots, folks who would simply perform the tasks dumped on them to perform, no more than that.
CLOSERs ? Oh, they are a step-up from COOLERs but not much. How far can they go ? Not far enough, not high enough because their catalyst seems to be those motivational triggers a.k.a. $$$$$$. Show them those incentives, in one fell swoop, things get done ! But are CLOSERs the profiles we need to replicate and clone ? Please NO. Please DON'T.
CLEANERs ? Tell it to the marines. You don't need to list down every minute detail they need to work on. Give them the end-result[s] you want to achieve, walk off and turn your back. Lo and behold, you don't even have to show up and come back because before you know it, these CLEANERs have done more than you needed, more than you asked and more than you thought they will deliver.
Just can't ask for more from CLEANERs, if you are one of them.
