Take it Day by Day...
Technology today can automate almost everything except life,
except the steps we need to take in life. And what's the show-stopper in automating the facets of our lives? It’s the human nature of being defiant. That fixation for being a contrarian, that of playing devil’s advocate beyond just a role play.
And when we are overwhelmed with the more serious challenges in life, there you go, hitting the ‘panic button’ as quickly as 1-2-3, grossly misguided that by hitting that ‘panic button’, you will hit the homerun. Unfortunately, hoping for miracles or things to shape up overnight, that’s the worst nightmare because you end up in a state of delusion that will simply drive you out in limbo with nary a chance for a turnaround.
Akin to a fragile newly hatched chick, they don’t want get stalled in that egg shell so they finally wiggle out of it but once they’re out of it, the trick is not to rush. Don’t push things hard unless and until you have a china man’s chance of eking things out. Take things methodically, chipping it out within your capabilities until achieving a breakthrough is within reach.
How did the millionaires became billionaires? And how did the billionaire like Jeff Bezos become a trillionaire? If the 4 P’s is so common to the lowest strata of society, the billionaire’s dogma has always been founded on the 4 P’s namely, PATIENCE, PERSEVERANCE, PERSISTENCE and top it off with PRAYERS.
To cap this off, I wanna quote a writer-wannabe’s insightful thought: ‘To get through the hardest journey we need to take only one step at a time but we must keep on stepping’.
