When A 'SNAP OF A FINGER' Becomes Impactful

 

Can a 'SNAP OF A FINGER' be impactful?  YES YES yowww, dude.  Things can change in a moment.  WHAT seems out of reach today may soon arrive in your life effortlessly.  Oooops, hold on, before we start dreaming to hit the LOTTO jackpot, ouch.  Seriously, barring those once-in-a-lifetime streak of luck in life, sometimes, support can come even from unexpected sources and new opportunities can open doors we DIDN'T know were there at all💦💦💦

And WHEN KINDNESS gets into the equation, there's NO such thing as small acts of KINDNESS.  That 'SMALL' kindness you manifested for the deprived folks can be something 'BIGTIME' for them, especially if it alleviates [even in the short-term] their basic needs for food and shelter.  During that dreaded Covid-19 Pandemic, the soft side of mankind was manifested many times across countries and cultures.  We witnessed middle class folks hosting/initiating small-scale 'food pantries' during the pandemic lockdown WHEN there was hardly any food especially for the poor and destitute.  BUT even post-pandemic, that should NOT taper off because even as we speak, many more unfortunate souls continue to struggle [although to a fault, it's their fault and shortfall]💥💥💥

NOT so often, we would hear someone's unexpected generosity for a few suddenly spreading its benefits across its community.  And NOT to be defensive for our own human shortfalls, small tidbits of positive narratives can be more than just uplifting because many times, roll it over, these positivities are effortlessly contagious across.  I remember watching one Youtube shared video where a single-parent mom goes to the Costco supermarket just to buy her family's MOST BASIC needs BUT WHEN the cashier's cash register rattled off, the groceries totaled more than WHAT was in her small wallet.  Here comes the guy queued right behind her, offering to take on the tab [and the single-parent mom cried and hugged the good samaritan]!!!

WHILE this poster is 'spot on' that our LIFE WON'T CHANGE OVERNIGHT, there are one too many hapless souls WHO live on a day-by-day basis, WHERE even as they live life at its very fringes, it's a constant struggle for daily survival.   And WHEN a good samaritan pitches in, the question is:  HOW much did his one-off monetary help impact his financials and cash flow?  LIKELY, it DIDN'T even cause a dent, NOT AT ALL😡😡😡

Our takeaway:  Let's look around our global village.  WHILE there are parent-less and homeless children struggling day-to-day, in fist world countries, there are couples WHO have been dreaming and hungering to become foster parents, if only to make their life complete.  And there are zillion heartwarming narratives of a homeless child finding his foster family WHO will be there for his future.  Indeed, WHILE a SNAP OF A FINGER just seems to be a SNAP, sometimes it becomes impactful.  God bless the good samaritans💚💛💜
