Coffee For Your MEMORY WOES?  Before we jump into that, let's agree that MEMORY is indeed a fickle thing.  Sometimes we will remember something significant that did happen a decade ago BUT not what you had for dinner last night OR maybe, you're simply FORGETFUL with those little things, like misplacing your keys, reading texts/SMS but forgetting to respond, and oh yes, forgetting to pay the overlapping bills๐Ÿ’ด๐Ÿ’ท๐Ÿ’ต

Yes it's true, everyone FORGETS things every now and then BUT if you're often FORGETFUL, with important things just out of grasp in your mind OR words right on the tip of your tongue, it can feel debilitating and beyond frustrating.  BUT here's the breaking news.  We got an unexpected ally in COFFEE!  Yes, COFFEE!  Multiple studies showed this. That 1948 research at University of Colorado found in its epidomiological study that COFFEE is associated with the decreased risk of developing forgetfulness, heart failure or even having stroke๐Ÿ“—๐Ÿ“™๐Ÿ“˜
 A 2018 study of University of Toronto determined that another chemical produced while brewing coffee, called PHENYLINDANES, seemed to stop the buildup of toxin proteins in the brain that have been linked to Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases.  Recently, the 2022 report from the Annals of Internal Medicine determined that drinking from 1.5 to 3.5 cups of coffee daily had up to 30 percent lower chance of dying from any cause๐Ÿ’Ž๐Ÿ’Ž๐Ÿ’Ž

Setting aside the results of these various studies, one COST-FREE practice with direct impact to help address FORGETFULLNESS is having SUFFICIENT SLEEP.  Experts say that SLEEP has many health benefits, including improving memory.  NOT to have sufficient SLEEP can affect our ability to learn new things, UP TO 40% and it can affect the HIPPOCAMPUS part of your brain which is responsible for making new MEMORIES.  And that certain sleeps, including REM SLEEP, are directly associated with MEMORY CONSOLIDATION or that process of newly learned information being transformed into long-term MEMORY.  Our takeaway:  SLEEP WELL and drink reasonable cups of COFFEE and you'll have lesser MEMORY WOES❕❕❕
