Getting Over The Hump
Getting Over The Hump is damn easy to blurt out BUT I assure you, no amount of words can lead you in Getting Over The Hump because there are basic things that need to be embedded within you to position yourself at least at that launch pad prior to scaling up or Getting Over The Hump. AND topping the list is BELIEVING IN YOURSELF. True, it is so easy to get bogged down by self-doubt. You could even be questioning yourself, your idea, your execution OR even your ability to get through your endeavor๐๐๐
Having said this, regardless of the odds you're facing, everything starts off with BELIEVING IN YOURSELF. You can have all the stars aligned, the sun shining and dandy BUT if self-doubt seems to be lingering within you, goddam it, NOT to scare you BUT you are likely doomed to fail sooner if NOT right at the start. BUT again most of us miss out on something. Our self-doubt frequently starts to build up because you are losing faith to yourself because you did set unrealistic goals. If you're constantly reaching for the stars, YES, you're bound to miss the mark from time to time๐ง๐ง๐ง
And WHEN you miss your mark, it is almost effortless for you to beat yourself and start to believing that you're NOT good enough. So, WHAT's our antidote? Instead of setting lofty goals that are near-impossible to reach, refocus on setting realistic goals that you can actually achieve. This will help build your confidence and make it easier for you to believe in yourself. And alongside this, do LOOK BACK at your past mistakes. Learn from it. Pick up lessons. True, they say DON'T look back BUT dude, c'mon pick up those lessons๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฆ
Let's accept this harsh truth. NOBODY's perfect and everyone makes mistakes. I would [NOT proudly though] admit that I committed tons and tons of mistakes BUT there's an upside and a lot. I learned tons and tons of lessons from each of my fumbling acts, with the resoluteness NOT to repeat even one of those previous foul-ups. Surprisingly, I hardly recall committing the same mistake because I kept reminding myself that was a NO-NO to ever happen again because it's INEXCUSABLE๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ
Our takeaway: On top of all these, leverage on your strengths. True, it is so easy to get caught up with your weaknesses and dwell on WHAT you're NOT GOOD at. BUT if you want to get through and succeed, it is damn important to focus on your strengths instead. Think about about everything that makes you UNIQUE, and gives you that competitive edge in life and thereafter, build up from your foundational strengths. Trust me, WHEN you focus on your strengths, it will be significantly easier for you to believe in yourself and your ability to succeed. With humility, I think it is unfathomable [and crazy] for me to have hurdled almost [NOT all though because I admit, there were a few humps here and there which I failed to hurdle at all] I would NOT be WHAT I am today if I failed to GET OVER THE HUMP [most of the time]❗❗❗
